Paul Silk has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Paul worked at Logikor Group as both Chief Financial Officer and Controller. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, they held the positions of Controller and Manager, Financial Accounting. Paul also worked at ADESA as Assistant Controller, PeopleSoft Project Analyst, and Corporate Accountant. Paul'searliest work experience was as a Clerk at Zehrs Markets. Paul also had a position as a Treasury Clerk (Summer Intern) at The Corporation of the Town of Orangeville.

Paul Silk graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Later, in 2005, they obtained a CGA (Certified General Accountants of Ontario) certification.
