Lucia Alemanno, PMP®, is a skilled Product Owner at Logifuture since June 2022, where responsibilities include articulating the company vision to ensure team alignment and focus within an Agile framework utilizing Kanban and Scrum methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at MERMEC from May 2016 to May 2022, overseeing project delivery in terms of quality, costs, and timelines while serving as the main interface between the company and customers. Lucia also held positions as an Electromechanical Design Department Planner and Junior Production Planner at MERMEC, contributing to resource planning and project monitoring. Earlier, at Asepa Energy, Lucia excelled as a Project Manager and was recognized with the "Mimprendo Italia 2015" award.
