Olya Silker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career at B507 as a Lead Project Manager, where they effectively managed a multi-year, multi-team project on developing an EHR system. They played a key role in implementing a user feedback and input method and successfully adhered to budget constraints.

Afterwards, they worked at Minnesota State University, Mankato as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, they assisted in planning course syllabi, organizing laboratory activities, grading tests, and providing feedback to students on lab work and assignments.

Olya then transitioned to NetSPI, where they held multiple project management positions. They started as a Project Manager and eventually became a Senior Project Manager and Principal Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing various projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
