Ronald van der Waals currently serves as the Head of Nordics, CEE, and Northern Europe at Logicor since April 2022. Previous experience includes roles at CBRE Global Investors Netherlands from September 2016 to March 2022, where Ronald held the positions of Fund Manager for the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund and CBRE Dutch Office Fund, as well as Managing Director. Earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager for EMEA Separate Accounts at CBRE Global Investors EMEA and as a Senior Asset Manager at CBRE Global Investors Netherlands. Ronald's career began at ING Real Estate, where roles included Asset Manager and Business Development & Consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Dip IPF from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
