Jessica Wheeler (Tran) is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and employee success, currently serving as the Head of Employee Success at LogicMonitor since April 2022. With extensive experience in total rewards and people operations, Jessica has held various senior leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards and People Operations. Prior to LogicMonitor, Jessica worked at Technip Energies as the Americas Compensation, Benefits and Shared Services Head and held multiple roles at C&J Energy Services, culminating as HR Director of Total Rewards. Jessica has also gained valuable experience at Baker Hughes, Hercules Offshore, Accenture, University Health System, and North Austin Medical Center. Jessica holds an MBA in Management and a BHA in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
