Thomas Henderson has a diverse work experience. Thomas worked as a QA Engineer at LogicGate since April 2018. Prior to that, they were a Resident Apprentice at 8th Light from July 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they received training in test-driven development and incremental design in Ruby and Java, and also served on the data science & engineering strategy board. Before that, they worked as a Developer at Pelotech from April 2016 to October 2016, where they wrote tests in Node.js for an architectural refactor of a Fortune 200 company's internal service from SOAP to REST. Thomas also conducted research on state-of-the-art natural language processing for user interfaces. As a Data Scientist contractor at Xipiter LLC from August 2015 to October 2015, Thomas utilized their data analysis skills. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at Portland State University from September 2007 to June 2010.

Thomas Henderson earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Portland State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Thomas then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematics at the same university from 2007 to 2010.
