Bradford Klatt is a seasoned professional in the fields of investment and real estate development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner at Canoe Brook Management since January 2014. Simultaneously, Bradford holds the position of Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Logical Buildings and contributes to strategic planning on the Leadership Board of CREtech since September 2018. Prior experience includes Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Roseland Property Company from July 1989 to October 2014 and Vice President of Principal Investments at Goldman Sachs from May 1983 to June 1989, where the Principal Investment Department was established.
