Chris Richardson, CCIM, currently serves as Senior Director at Venture since January 2022 and has been a Partner at LOGIC - Commercial Real Estate since August 2015. Prior experience includes Vice President at The Equity Group from 2011 to August 2015 and roles as Realtor and Commercial Advisor at Encore Realty Group from August 2009 to January 2012. Earlier positions included Transaction Director at ReD Report and Operations, Sales/Leasing, and Construction Management at Lyle B's Development, both from March 2003 to July 2009. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has pursued further education in commercial investment services through the CCIM Institute since 2011.
