Raquel Maia has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Coordenador de Operações de Recursos Humanos at Loggi since June 2022. Prior to this role, Raquel held positions at Grupo Contax from October 2013 to May 2022, including Senior Payroll Analyst where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing for 100,000 employees across four companies, internal and external audit support, and implementation of system improvements. Raquel's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Analyst at TODO BPO and as an HR Assistant at Softway Contact Center, focusing on payroll data analysis, training, and employee integration. Raquel holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and People Management from INPG Business School and a degree in Management and Marketing Planning from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
