José Henrique Amormino Fonseca is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and product ownership. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Loggi since December 2022, José leads a team responsible for client integrations, overseeing three Engineering Managers and a larger team of engineers. Previously at Nubank, José held roles as Engineering Tech Manager and Engineering Team Lead, managing full-stack engineering teams and driving the investment experience on key platforms. At Softplan, José coordinated multiple development teams, enhancing product management for various software solutions. With a solid foundation in software development dating back to 2004, José has also contributed as an educator and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a specialization in Software Engineering. Expertise in methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, along with a strong technological background, supports a robust approach to leadership and project execution.
