Rafael Castelli has worked for a variety of companies since 2008. Rafael began their career as an Information Technology Analyst for the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Minas Gerais. In 2008, they were also Information Technology Manager at Instituto Hartmann Regueira. In 2017, they founded Dayleads, Inc., where they served as Founder. From 2019 to 2021, they were Chief Technology Officer at Rock Content. Currently, they are CTO at Logcomex.

Rafael Castelli attended Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2003 to 2009. Rafael also attended UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto and FUMEC. Rafael also holds a certification as a STARTUP SCHOOL GRADUATE from Y Combinator.
