Kimberly Beesley has accumulated a significant amount of work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Surgery Floor RN at St Catherine's Hospital until 2009. Kimberly then joined Midwest Health and Rehab, where they served as an ADON, MDS Coordinator, and RN until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Southwest Medical Center as an RN in the Operating Room. Following this, they joined Greeley County Health Services in 2013, where they worked as an RN, BSN Surgical Services Supervisor, Infection Control, and Cardiac Rehab until 2014. In 2014, they joined Scott County Hospital as an RN, BSN in the Operating Room and continued until 2016. Kimberly'smost recent position (starting in 2016) is as a Registered Nurse Clinic Director at Logan County Health Services.

Kimberly Beesley completed their education at different institutions. Kimberly obtained an Associate of Science Degree in General Studies from Garden City Community College in 2007. Following this, they pursued an Associate degree in Nursing from the same institution, completing it in 2009. Later, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
