Michał Kornet's work experience includes positions at various companies. Michał started their career as an intern at Pirios S.A. in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Consultant at ARC Consulting and as a member of an e-mail migration crew at ISCG Sp. z o.o. During their time at Philip Morris International, they served as an Intern and later as an HR SSC Analyst - Innovations. In 2016, they joined Sii Polska as a SharePoint Developer until 2020. On the side, they worked as a Freelancer for Potential Project - Focused Minds, Organizational Excellence from 2018 to 2020. Michał then became a SharePoint Developer at Logamic in 2020 and later worked as a SharePoint Developer at FABRITY from March to June 2021.

Michał Kornet obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from AGH University of Krakow in 2013. Michał then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, Michał also attended the University of Lisbon for a Master's degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they completed another Master's Degree in Information Technology in Management from The School of Banking and Management in Cracow between 2015 and 2017.

Michał also holds the certification of Certificación de calificación DELE B1 from Instituto Cervantes, obtained in November 2022, and the HR SSC Certified Trainer certification from Philip Morris International, obtained in November 2016.
