Thomas J Hogan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. As the owner and proprietor of mycheftom since January 2008, Thomas J Hogan provides private chef services, specializing in diverse dietary needs, including raw vegan and specialized diets for individuals with health conditions. Known for a refined yet sensible approach to food and service, the nickname "Chef Tom" was inspired by their mother. Thomas J Hogan has also served as a Specialty Cook at Log Cabin, Delaney House & Log Rolling Catering since June 2021 and as a Chef at Dish creative cuisine restaurant since October 2016. Previously, Thomas J Hogan held the position of Executive Chef at TRIADA Hotel from June 2014 to January 2016. Culinary education was completed at Beverly Hills Be Hotel from 1983 to 1986.
