Richard Lira is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Head Chef at Hahn's Peak Roadhouse LLC since June 2020 and as a Line Chef at Dream Inn in Santa Cruz since September 2019. Richard's career includes multiple chef roles at Aramark Parks and Leisure, including positions as Chef and Executive Sous Chef, and a Kitchen Manager position at Skyline Bear Valley Resort. In addition to practical experience, Richard has academic credentials, holding an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Denver Business College and a Servesafe Certified designation from Vail Resorts Breckenridge, obtained between 2017 and 2022.
