Jimmy Rana has a solid work experience starting in 1981 as an Admin Assistant at Fluor Arabia Limited. Jimmy then joined Lofton Label, Inc. in 2005 as a Systems Manager and later advanced to become the IT Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at Lofton Label, Inc.

Jimmy Rana completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of M Twin Cities from 2001 to 2004. Jimmy later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Leadership at Augsburg University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. In 2013, Jimmy received further education in Progress Database Administration and Tuning from BravePoint in Norcross, Georgia. Their earliest education is a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Punjab, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990.
