Ron Bolton has extensive experience in the parts management and equipment industry, currently serving as Support Manager and Senior Parts Manager at Loftin Equipment Co. since September 2021, focusing on Kohler, Kubota, and Scania parts. Prior to this role, Ron worked as an Equipment Parts Specialist for the City of Avondale, AZ, and held various positions at Cummins Sales and Service and Cummins Northwest, including Arizona Assistant Parts Manager and shop parts lead. Early career experience includes parts sales and inventory control at Northside Trucks & Equipment and a lengthy tenure as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist in the United States Air Force. Ron Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Diesel Mechanics from Universal Technical Institute, Inc.
