Matthew Casassa is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in production, manufacturing, and logistics. As the Senior Operations Manager at Loftin Equipment Co. since January 2019, Matthew has led over 60 employees across multiple facilities, achieving a 58% increase in production orders and scaling annual revenue from $25M to over $50M by implementing Lean methodologies.
