Jared Allen has extensive experience in learning and development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Loftin Equipment Co. since November 2020, Jared focuses on training and development that enhances organizational goals. Previously, at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona from May 2013 to April 2020, Jared advanced from Manager of Learning and Development to Training Program Developer, contributing to the design and execution of effective training strategies. At TriWest Healthcare Alliance from May 2006 to March 2013, Jared held multiple roles, including eLearning Administrator/Instructor, where responsibilities included managing a Learning Management System for over 1,800 users and providing both live and online instruction. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Medical Claims Assistant, supporting various teams and enhancing operational efficiency.
