Leslie Bailey has an extensive background in human resources and retail management, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Director of Field Human Resources at ANN INC since August 2007, Leslie has held various leadership positions including Senior Human Resources Manager and District Manager. Prior experience includes Store Manager roles at Old Navy, Gottschalks, Mervyns (Target Corporation), and Marshall Field's (Target Corporation), showcasing a solid track record in managing operations and human resources. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from St. Ambrose University.
