Mandy Waryasz is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer currently employed at Moody's Ratings since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mandy served as a Senior UX Designer at Loft Design from September 2022 to February 2024, focusing on creating user-friendly design solutions in collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams while ensuring accessibility and usability standards. As the Founder of Inherent Worth from June 2021 to November 2022, Mandy led workshops and facilitated meaningful discussions around worthiness. Mandy was also recognized as a Product Design Fellow at PMDojo in 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as Lead Interior Designer at COJE Management Group and gaining foundational experience as a Junior Designer at LLM Design, Inc., and as an Interior Design Intern at Payette. Mandy holds a Nanodegree in User Experience from Udacity and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
