Fedor Teeken has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chefkok at Loetje since June 2021. Prior to this role, Fedor held positions such as Souschef at Dekker Warmond from January 2020 to June 2021 and worked in various capacities at Loetje between March 2018 and April 2020. Fedor's career includes significant roles as Chef de Cuisine at multiple establishments, including Steiger 28, Restaurant 8cht, Westeinder Paviljoen, Viva Italia, Restaurant Carmen, Restaurant 't Deurtje, and Restaurant de Muiderhof, spanning from 1999 to 2018. Fedor's foundational culinary education was completed at Horeca Branche Instituut from 1986 to 1990.
