Troy Tapp has a vast work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Troy has held various roles in different companies over the years.

Before joining Kiewit, Troy worked at TIC - The Industrial Company as a District Recruiting Manager from 2006 to 2012. Troy was responsible for staffing salaried and craft personnel for field operations and corporate office. Troy collaborated with leadership to identify talent needs.

Troy's early career included a role as Corporate Human Resources - Recruiting at Tidewater Skanska from 2001 to 2006.

Troy Tapp earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University, where they attended from 1984 to 1989.
