Adarsh BM is an experienced professional in the field of construction management, currently serving as Manager - Contracts and Procurement at Lodha since July 2023. Prior to this role, Adarsh held various positions at Collaborative Workspace Consultants from January 2019 to July 2023, including Deputy Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Adarsh gained experience as a Project Engineer at Brigade Group from January 2016 to October 2018, and previously worked as a Senior Planning Engineer at Northernsky Properties Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to January 2016. The career began as a Planning Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji and Co Ltd from August 2010 to July 2012. Adarsh holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Construction Management from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
