Meredith (Carlton) McIsaac has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Meredith started their career at Oyster Harbors Club as a Server/Bartender in 2008 and later became the Assistant to the Food and Beverage Director. In 2013, they joined Charlie Palmer Group as a Hostess, Busser, and Server, and eventually became the Assistant to Chef Charlie Palmer and the Guest Relations Coordinator at Aureole NY. In 2017, they briefly worked as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Since 2017, they have been with LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., where they have held various positions, including Manager in Training, Assistant General Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Director of Rooms, and currently, the Director of Operations.

Meredith (Carlton) McIsaac completed their education at Southern Methodist University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising and Journalism.
