Africa Espina Guzun is an experienced Civil Environmental Engineer and Project Manager, currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Services at Locus Technologies since May 2018. In this role, Africa leads environmental compliance projects focused on site investigation, remediation, and sustainability, contributing to California's greenhouse gas emission inventory as a certified lead verifier. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Engineer at Stanley Consultants, where Africa developed groundwater and soil characterization work plans and coordinated with various stakeholders. Additional roles held include Engineer In Training, Associate Engineer, and Research Assistant, with a solid educational background comprising a Master's of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Iowa.
