John Chase has extensive experience in the field of service management and technical support, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Field Service Manager at Locus Robotics since March 2021, John has previously held multiple roles at Bossa Nova Robotics, including Senior Support Specialist and Service Coordinator. At Zebra Technologies, John managed daily operations for over 250 repair associates and held various supervisory and engineering positions. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Motorola Solutions and Symbol Technologies, where John led repair teams and specialized in troubleshooting electronic devices. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University.
