Lauren Seife has been working in the customer service industry since 2021, when they began their role as a Customer Success Manager at Locus. Prior to that, they worked for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation from 2011 to 2021, where they held the role of Executive Assistant/Communications.
Lauren Seife obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communication and Media Studies from Florida International University in 2017. Lauren then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Management with a Specialization in Project Management from Colorado State University Global in 2021.
