Ayo Jemiri has held various roles in the energy and engineering industries since 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they were a Staff Engineer at YU & Associates, Inc. where they supervised sub-surface investigations, environmental soil and water sampling/testing, environmental impact assessments, land development designs and geotechnical design reports. In 2003, they were a Civil/Structural Engineer at TECTONIC ENGINEERING PC. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Project Engineer/Development Manager at the Philadelphia Housing Authority, where they managed and coordinated multiple projects with a combined budget of $150M. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Engineer/Project Manager at PECO Energy, and then a Manager of Programs & Project Management at Iberdrola USA from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were a Manager of Estimating, Permitting & Risk Management and a Manager of Project Management at PSEG Long Island. From 2009 to 2016, they were President & CEO and Director of Project Development & Management at CG Global Management Solutions, LLC. Finally, in 2016, they founded LOCOMeX, Inc., where they are currently the Founder & CEO, responsible for executive leadership, product development, business model strategy, customer acquisition strategy, go-to-market strategy, marketing & sales strategy, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.

Ayo Jemiri has an extensive education history. In 2021, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Competing in The Age of AI from Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Certificate of Completion from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Leading Professional Service Firms, a Growing an Established Diverse Business (GEDB) from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, and a Certificate of Completion in Product Management Studio from UC Berkeley Executive Education. In 2020, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Building A Successful Diverse Business (BSDB) from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. In 2009-2011, they completed an MBA in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy & Entrepreneurship) from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. In 2004-2007, they completed an MS in Civil Engineering (Construction Management & Geotechnics) from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as the Project Management Institute and the Association of Energy Engineers.
