Lottie Bayliss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lottie started their career as a Bar Staff at Hydes Brewery Ltd, where they provided excellent customer service and managed a team. Lottie then worked as a Sales Assistant at TOKENHOUSE DESIGN LIMITED, assisting customers and sales. Lottie also worked as a Nanny/Au Pair, caring for children of various ages and organizing activities. Lottie later joined Joules as a Sales Supervisor, where they managed and trained staff and delegated tasks. Lottie then transitioned into the field of marketing, working as a Marketing Assistant at Clearmark Solutions (ICE). Lottie gained experience in marketing and worked in that role until 2021. Lottie also has experience in the creative field, working as a Freelance Illustrator/Designer at LOTTILLO. In their most recent role, they joined Lockwood Publishing Ltd as a Creative Fashion Assistant & Junior Texture Artist in 2021.

Lottie Bayliss has a diverse education history. In 2008 to 2010, they attended NCN High Pavement and pursued A levels. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they attended New College Nottingham and obtained a Foundation Degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Lottie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Illustration with Animation at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, Lottie attended Bahia Yoga and completed a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga program in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained two certifications: the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) from Disclosure Scotland and Paediatric First Aid from the British Red Cross.
