Michael Liga is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., specializing in design and program management for large diameter water transmission pipelines. Michael's portfolio includes significant projects for the City of Houston and the Upper Trinity Regional Water District. In academia, Michael serves as a lecturer at Rice University and previously held the position of adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas.
