Crystal Kong founded Lockin U in 2015 and currently serves as the Founder & CEO. Prior to that, Crystal was the Managing Director of Overseas Recruitment at Zhaopin.com from 2011 to 2015, where Crystal built the first overseas recruitment team in the industry. Before that, Crystal worked as a Field Manager at Kelon Corporation and as a Key Account Manager at C.H. Robinson. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Transportation and Logistics from The University of British Columbia.
