Raymond Blecher

Principal Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin

Raymond Blecher has over two decades of experience in systems engineering and avionics, currently serving as Principal Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin since December 2003. In this role, Raymond manages comprehensive ground systems engineering solutions, optimizing processes and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Previous positions include Sustainment Operations Technology Lead, Software Agile Release Train Product Manager, and Embedded Software Engineer Senior Staff, where Raymond focused on logistics systems, agile methodologies, and software design for complex aviation and defense applications. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Raymond served in the United States Air Force for over 22 years, specializing in avionics systems and quality assurance. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with an Associate degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
