Hazel Crawley is a seasoned commercial professional with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Commercial & New Business Director at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) since June 2024, Crawley previously held multiple leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, including Head of Commercial for Platform Integration and WCSP. Crawley's career began at MBDA UK, where significant contributions were made from 1991 to 2009 in various commercial and supply chain positions. Crawley holds a BA (Hons) in Business & HR, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
