Umar Faruq is a Project Engineer at Lochmueller Group since August 2019, with a background in environmental engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo from June 2018 to January 2019, where Umar led a project focused on synthesizing nanohybrids and developing methods for efficient water treatment. Additionally, as an Assistant Project Manager at No Dumping from August 2016 to March 2017, Umar managed environmental remediation and waste management projects, successfully reducing waste generation by over 70%. Umar holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
