Charles Schueler is a Construction Engineer II at Lochmueller Group since December 2022. Prior to this position, Schueler served as a Construction Project Engineer at the Indiana Department of Transportation from August 2014 to December 2022, managing multiple highway construction contracts with budgets ranging from under $1 million to over $25 million. Achievements include delivering 100% of construction contracts on-time and on-budget while ensuring compliance with plans and contract requirements. Schueler effectively communicated with various stakeholders, prepared change orders, evaluated construction methods for cost-effectiveness, and maintained extensive project documentation. Schueler began their career as a Hydrologic Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey from June 2010 to August 2014, focusing on data collection and analysis. Schueler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
