Erin Cobb, MSIMC, is a Managing Director at Locate, a brokerage founded by Stanford engineers that specializes in site-selection technology and retail expertise for real estate decisions. Prior to working at Locate, Erin was a Retail Broker at Kabat Real Estate Solutions and a Retail Brokerage at JLL. Erin holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University. With a background in the restaurant industry, Erin brings a deep understanding of commercial real estate knowledge and skills to their clients, particularly in the retail sector.
