Michał Łukowiak has a diverse work experience. Michał started their career as a Cartoonist in 2013 while working freelance. In 2014, they transitioned to become a Landscape Architect and continued working as a Freelancer until 2016. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Graphic and Web Designer for PerfekcyjneStrony.pl. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Information Technology Teacher at Publiczna Szkoła Gastronomiczno-Hotelarska HO-GA before joining InsERT as a Junior Software Test Engineer. Michał then moved up to the position of Software Automation Test Engineer at InsERT and worked there until 2022. In 2022, they joined Sii Poland as a Test Development Engineer and continued until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Test Engineer at Localised.

Michał Łukowiak holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Environmental Protection and Management from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their doctoral studies, Michał also completed postgraduate studies in Międzywydziałowe Studium Pedagogiczne from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences between 2015 and 2017. Michał further holds a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Landscape Architecture from the same institution, which they achieved from 2014 to 2015. Michał'searlier education includes an Engineer's degree in Landscape Architecture from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, earned from 2010 to 2014.

Throughout their education, Michał Łukowiak has acquired several additional certifications. Michał is an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, certified by ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2019. Michał also obtained the MPN Competency: Windows IoT for Device Builders (MPN15887) and MPN Competency: Windows and Devices for Technical (MPN16022) certifications from Microsoft in the same month and year. Moreover, they completed the Design Express certification from Vectorworks in March 2016.

In terms of specialized knowledge, they acquired additional certifications such as "Ochrona Dziedzictwa Kulturowego w Polsce" from Uniwersytet Wrocławski in June 2015, and "Water Footprint do monitorowania, oceny i poprawy gospodarowania wodą na obszarach miejskich" from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu in March 2014.
