In addition to this role, Stephen is the Owner of Streamline Consulting, a firm that specializes in strategic telecommunication solutions tailored to enhance business productivity and efficiency. Stephen's previous experience includes a tenure at Broadview Networks from January 1997 to January 2009, where roles included Telecommunications Consultant and Sales Director, during which Stephen significantly improved office performance. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, between 1988 and 1993.
