Nuri Gocay has an extensive work experience in the field of customer experience solutions. Nuri began their career in 2010 as a Senior Consultant and Principal Cisco Solutions Engineer at eLoyalty. In 2012, they joined iQor as the Vice President of Technology, Telecom, where they managed a team of nine and a budget of 25mm. Later that year, they moved to Presidio as a Solutions Architect, Contact Center and Customer Experience. In 2014, they joined Google as a Business Systems Integrator and returned to Presidio as a Solutions Architect, Contact Center and Customer Experience. In 2015, they began working at Expedia, Inc. as the Senior Manager, Contact Center Engineering. In 2019, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Customer Experience Solutions Leader - New Zealand. In 2021, they moved to Cisco as the Chief CX Evangelist and is currently the Chief Solutions Officer at Local Measure.
Nuri Gocay has completed a diploma from Pasco High School in 2000, a Certificate of Completion in ICM Product Training/Advanced Administration 5.0 from Ascolta in 2004, a Certificate of Completion in Cisco CVP Implementation 7.0 from Skyline ATS in 2010, and a Certificate of Completion in Aspect HVD/ALM Troubleshooting, Operation, and Maintenance from Aspect in 2010. Additionally, Nuri has obtained a certification in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2019.
