Alexander Francis possesses a strong background in information technology and engineering, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Local Bounti. Previously, Alexander held the position of VP and Chief Information Officer at Utah Gas Corp and worked as an Application Engineer/Network Systems Administrator at IDS North America. Early in Alexander's career, an internship was completed at the Institute of Earth Science & Engineering. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bates College, obtained from 2010 to 2014, along with ongoing training at the Aspen Flying Club since 2020.
