Shanti Laheyne has work experience in different roles and companies. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Employee at Beans & Dreams from July 2019 to February 2020. In 2020, they had a student job as a Horecamedewerker at Café De Casino from September 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they are working at Loctax as an Operations Associate, starting in May 2021 and continuing to the present.

Shanti Laheyne started their education in 2010 at Koninklijk Atheneum Sint-Niklaas, where they studied Economic & Science. Shanti completed their secondary education there in 2016. In 2016, they enrolled at Ghent University and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Economic Science. Shanti studied at Ghent University until 2017. The following year, in 2017, they attended HOGENT and obtained a Bachelor of Business Management. Shanti then furthered their education from 2018 to 2021 at Arteveldehogeschool, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
