Erika Lobo currently serves as Executive Director at Personnel Search Services Group, focusing on leadership talent acquisition for Tech, Media, and Internet sectors, contributing to the rapid growth of the practice. In addition, Erika directs India Operations at Ray & Berndtson and Lobo Staffing Solutions, while also holding the position of Director at Quikchex, a cloud-based payroll and HR software service. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where Erika specialized in Healthcare and Consumer Retail. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School, along with previous educational experiences at UC Berkeley and The Cathedral and John Connon School.
