Gerardo Ojeda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer operations. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Lob since February 2019, Gerardo has held various roles including Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Lob, Gerardo worked at Grubhub from May 2017 to February 2019 as Operations & Support Lead, following Grubhub's acquisition of Tapingo where Gerardo was the Live Operations Lead from July 2016 to May 2017. Gerardo began a career in operations at Zenefits, holding positions such as Senior Rate Quality Specialist and Carrier Operations Specialist from June 2015 to June 2016. Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Communication from the University of the Pacific, obtained in 2015.
