Brandon Jaffe's work experience begins in 2011 with a role as a Bookkeeping Intern at Fiscal Guardians LLC. Brandon then moved on to work as a Co-Host/Engineer at WNYU Radio from September 2011 to June 2012. In 2012, they served as a Financial Advisor Intern at UBS for three months. In 2013, they had two internships - as a Digital Advertising Intern at Union Square Media Group from May to August, and as a Research Intern at Unicom Capital from August to December. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Morgan Stanley, starting as an Analyst in Collateral Risk and later advancing to Assistant Vice President in various roles such as Collateral Risk, Alternative Lending, and Prime Brokerage Margin. In September 2021, they joined LoanStreet Inc. as Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Brandon Jaffe completed their education from 2006 to 2010 at Half Hollow Hills High School West. Brandon then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from New York University, graduating in 2013.
