Suresh Takale PMP, PMI-ACP has over 25 years of experience in software development. Suresh is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at loanDepot, where they lead the engineering team in automating loan underwriting processes. Suresh'steam's efforts have resulted in significant time and resource savings, making it the best project of the year in 2020. Suresh previously held roles as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer Lead at loanDepot, where they worked on projects such as Empower Upgrade to support TRID 2.0.

Before joining loanDepot, Suresh worked as an Application Developer at QBE FIRST, where they collected user requirements and performed impact analysis to identify system changes. Suresh also worked as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at HotTopic Inc., where they acted as a technical lead and analyzed the existing system to avoid issues. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at Fidelity Investments, where they designed system components and provided development estimates.

Suresh Takale PMP, PMI-ACP completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1991 and 1995. Suresh obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009, followed by their PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification in 2013. Suresh also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon, obtained in February 2019. Additionally, Suresh has completed various online courses and certifications from LinkedIn in topics such as agile teamwork, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and public speaking.
