Daniel Ansel is an experienced engineering leader with a significant background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Loadsmart since November 2021, Daniel has successfully scaled the company's first SaaS solution, ShipperGuide, enhancing freight management efficiency. Previously, Daniel held positions such as Software Development Manager at Ambev Tech, where Daniel led multidisciplinary teams for a B2B e-commerce platform, and Research and Development Manager at Philips, managing telehealth solutions. With extensive experience at Amdocs and other organizations, including roles in software engineering and systems analysis, Daniel's expertise spans various technologies and practices in the logistics and telecommunications sectors. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and has recently completed a strategic leadership program in information technology.
