Вадим Хоменко has a diverse work experience history. Вадим started their career in 2007 as an Economist of Sales Department at Oschadbank JSC. In 2008, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as a Senior Economist of Risc Department, where they worked until 2011. In that same year, they moved to LNZ Group (UA) and took on the role of Manager of Commerce Department, holding this position until 2017. From 2017 onwards, Вадим Хоменко served as Head of Commerce Department at LNZ Group (UA).

From 2001 to 2007, Вадим Хоменко attended Cherkasy Engineering and Technological Institute, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Economic Cybernetics.
