Joshua Alguire has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Joshua is currently serving as a Software Development Lead at SG - Digital since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Project Lead at EASi starting from October 2017. Joshua also served as a Software Team Lead at Vapor Stone Rail Systems, a Wabtec Company from December 2014 to October 2017. Joshua worked as a Senior Software Developer - Consultant at Adacel from August 2013 to November 2014.

Before that, they held the position of a Senior Embedded/Automation Engineer at Terragon Environmental Technologies where they designed and developed embedded controllers for water treatment and waste gasification systems. Joshua was responsible for developing distributed control software in C++, meeting client requirements, writing industrial control drivers, and configuring Linux OS on Atom Architecture.

From June 2009 to September 2011, Joshua was a Build Team Lead at Lockheed Martin. Prior to that, they were a Systems Software Specialist III at CAE from June 2003 to June 2009. Joshua also has experience working as a Bar Tender at Nav Canada conference center from May 2002 to May 2003.

Joshua started their career as a Software Developer at Eagle Traffic Control Systems from September 2000 to April 2002. During this time, they developed software for traffic engineers, focusing on COM/MFC/ATL, virtual serial device driver, and serial communications software.

Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at Infolutions from April 2000 to August 2000, showcasing their early experience in the field.

Joshua Alguire attended Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational High School from 1988 to 1993, where they received a School Diploma. Following this, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from St. Lawrence College from 1995 to 1998.
