Janusz Sowa has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and project management. Janusz is currently working as a Release Project Manager at Light & Wonder - iGaming. Previously, they co-founded AKE Systemtechnik Polska Sp. z o.o, an innovative engineering company specializing in turnkey robot products for the automotive industry. Janusz also worked as a Project Manager at Scientific Games from 2020 to 2021.

Before that, Janusz held multiple roles at AKE Robotics starting from 2010. Janusz served as the Director of Project Realization/COO, where they co-created and implemented the company's business strategy, coordinated high-budget projects for clients like Volvo, Daimler, Porsche, and VW, and implemented the PRINCE 2 methodology. Janusz also worked as a Project Manager, leading project teams, managing project life cycles, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, they served as a Project Leader Development, managing low-budget projects, providing technical consultancy, and supporting the creation of a sales department. Earlier in their career, Janusz worked as a Robotics Engineer at MGS Automation, where they programmed industrial robots and optimized production cycle time.

Throughout their career, Janusz has gained expertise in project management, robotics engineering, and automation. Janusz has worked with various companies in the automotive industry and has a strong track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

Janusz Sowa completed their education at several institutions. In 2001, they started studying Automation Engineer Technology/Technician at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, and they completed their Master's degree in the same field in 2008. In 2006, they also pursued a short-term course in Computer Science at Bristol Green College, where they obtained a NCFE qualification. Additionally, in 2007, they briefly studied Automation Engineer Technology/Technician at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Later, in 2015, Janusz Sowa enrolled at AGH University of Science and Technology, where they earned a postgraduate diploma in Project Management in 2016.
